We want your order to arrive safely! Here are a few simple ways to protect your package once it leaves our hands.
Before You Order
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Consider shipping to a secure location, like your workplace, a trusted neighbor, or a carrier pickup location.
- Need signature-required delivery? Email us at support@bennettavenueboutique.com right after placing your order, and we'll do our best to add it before your order ships.
While Your Package Is on Its Way
- Follow your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
- Sign up for free carrier alerts like USPS Informed Delivery or UPS My Choice.
- Use carrier options like Hold for Pickup or delivery instructions when available.
If Tracking Says "Delivered" but You Can't Find It
- Check around your property and with neighbors or your building's front desk.
- Wait one business day, since packages are sometimes marked delivered early.
- Contact your local post office or the carrier with your tracking number to request proof of delivery.
- If it's still missing, file a claim with the carrier and let us know. We're happy to help point you in the right direction.
Please Note
Once your package is handed to USPS or UPS, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Carrier insurance limits vary, so for high-value orders you may want to purchase third-party shipping insurance.
