At Bennett Avenue Boutique, we understand the importance of protecting your purchase. That’s why we offer an optional service at checkout: Adult Signature Required. This ensures that your package is handed directly to an adult upon delivery or at the post office—adding a layer of security to help prevent theft from porches or mailboxes.

You can choose this option during checkout. Once selected and your order is completed, this becomes your confirmed shipping method, and we will ship your package accordingly.

Please note the following important details:

• Once a package leaves our facility and a tracking number is issued, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email.

• It is your responsibility to safeguard your tracking number and monitor the status of your shipment.

• Selecting "Adult Signature Required" means any adult at the delivery address can sign—it does not need to be the purchaser.

• First Class Mail does not include insurance.

• Priority Mail (2–3 business days) includes $50 insurance, and Priority Express (1 business day) includes $100 insurance through USPS.

• We do not offer additional insurance beyond what USPS provides. For questions about declared value or insurance, please contact USPS directly.

• We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
