• Once your package leaves our boutique, UPS and USPS is responsible for final delivery.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will be packed and ready to ship the next business day.

Returns, Damages & Non-Returnable Items

Return Policy for Online Purchases:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

• Please keep items free of pet hair, smoke, and perfume.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Jewelry, leggings, undergarments, and fragrances (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale and clearance items (all sales final)
