How do I care for my purchase?
Due to the delicate nature of some garments, please handle with care to avoid jewelry and rough surfaces that may cause snags, tears, and pulls. Please follow the manufacture’s care instructions on the garment tag for launder or follow our additional launder care below. When following these recommendations, you will extend the life span of your garment so you can enjoy for many days to come.
Additional Launder Care Recommendations for Clothing and Graphic Tee's:
All clothing and tee shirts, it is our recommendation to please handle with care and launder on a cold cycle, then hang to dry. Due to the delicate nature of some of the printed graphics, laundering this method will ensure your item will have longer wear and vibrance.

We ship to you, Standard and Priority mail with the USPS to the United State of America.
Our mission is to make sure you receive your package in a timely fashion without hassle; your package is our priority. Depending on your shipping zone from Houston Texas will determine the number of days for your package to arrive. Typically, the USPS is able to deliver within 2-3 businesses days depending on weather and holiday peek seasons, which might delay your order. Please use your tracking number provided in your confirmation email to track the arrival of your package. All claims of lost or missing packages must be handled with the USPS. What are your returns, exchanges and damages during transit policy?
Like you, we hate the hassle of returning something that just didn’t work out, so we have made our return process super easy with FREE return shipping on us, which means making it totally risk free and hassle free for you.
ONLINE PURCHASES:
If you have tried it on and/or the item(s) did not meet or exceed your satisfaction within 7 days of your items arriving to your destination, we will issue you a full refund.
CRAFT SHOW OR MARKET PURCHASES:
If you have tried it on and/or the item(s) did not meet or exceed your satisfaction within 3 days of your purchase at one of the craft shows or markets, we will issue a full refund.
However, we do kindly ask that all original tags must be attached to the item(s) and must be un-worn or washed. Please keep these items away from pets, cigarette smoke and perfumes to insure their eligibility for a full refund. We have the right to refuse your return if any of these conditions are not met above.
Credit to your account will vary depending on your card service or bank. Typically, your account will reflect your credit in 5-7 business days.
All Jewelry, leggings & undergarments, and fragrances are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If you include these items with your return, we will not ship them back to you or issue credit back to your account. All Sales Final on sale and clearance merchandise.

Dang it, we hate it when it is just not meant to be, but have NO FEAR, we are here to fix it for you. Let’s get started right now:
Please email us at support@bennettavenueboutique.com and provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Item that did not work out.
Once we have your information, we will email you your return shipping label. Please print your label, adhere your label to a new or your original package we shipped to you, tape your package so it is secure and send it back to us immediately. Also include your original or copy of your invoice
